Within the constant improvement of guest experience & satisfaction, especially with loyal clients, I have asked Jean-Guy de Gabriac to work with the teams of the hotel & the thermal Spa, in order to facilitate the introduction of two Wellness Coachs.
The objective was to create a pro-active mindset between the teams from Reservation, Reception of our 5-star Hotel, Spa Reception and MICE, in order to enhance the corporate culture with a Wellness culture.
Jean-Guy accompanied us for 2 years with very operational training modules, rich in international Best Practices: the “HOW of WOW”, ``WELLcome Attitude`` et ``Do you speak SPA?`` meet & greet international guests in such a way that they do not feel as “foreigners”.
I highly recommend Jean-Guy (and his team) for he really had at heart to grow the team’s level of confidence, and each members talents & skills for them to thrive in their relationship with our guests.
