After successfully founding & managing a massage institute & training academy near the Champs-Elysées in Paris (2001-2004), Jean-Guy de Gabriac developed TIP TOUCH International in 2004 as a leading Spa advisory & education company, to boost Spas’ profitability & teams’ level of engagement.

His scope of work for hotel chains, cosmetic brands, and spas over the past decade ranges from designing Best Selling Signature massages, implementing Wellness experiences & programs for staff, leisure guests & MICE.

His team of master trainers is specialized in pre-opening trainings & on-going education focused on delivering exceptional service & enhancing GEM – Guest Experience Management at each & every level: Reservation, Reception, Spa, Fitness/Leisure, MICE.
